"German roofing replaced my tile roof in 2017. Recently I noticed some rot in the wood trim around my back porch roof. I immediately called German Roofing who quickly came out, did an inspection and gave me a quote for repairs. Within a week the repairs were done and I even received a slight discount even though the damage was not a roof issue. Highly recommend this company!"

"Despite being busy with other customers Sterling K. responded quickly for our roof repair on a holiday weekend with rain on the way. He was experienced, professional & conscientious. He wore a mask while he worked & kept a safe distance from us, including when I paid him for a job well done. The wind & rain came, our roof is in good shape. Thank you, Sterling."

"John and his team from AZ Grand Roofing and Painting are professional and thorough. From the first time I met John and he went over the details of what needed to be done to my roof, around my windows and outside wall, I felt confident the work would be quality. The crew was methodical - making sure every inch of my roof was coated, every crack/crevice in my wall repaired and sealed and paint applied with great care. There was no debris left behind. I am extremely happy with the results of their work and would hire John and his team again without reservation. Thank you!"

"Ike's crew repaired all the wood prior to prep and painting and did extra work at no additional charge - like painting a small adjoining flat roof. The job was done on time and was done well. I will definitely use and recommend Ike for future painting work."

"When I came to Angie’s list to get a quote on the roof repair I received several calls from multiple contractors. Those that came out told me I needed to replace the entire underlayment on a roof that was less than 10 years old. Prices were $17-$20,000. when Desert Sun came out, they were upfront, honest, and refreshing. He told me I did not need to replace the entire underlayment and had at least three years left on it. For less than 1/8 of the price the other companies wanted to charge me. Then after all the work was done I asked how much would it have been to replace the underlayment for the entire roof and his price was still thousands less than the other companies. Now I have time to save over the next year because I will definitely be calling them back to do the full repair when the time comes."

"Love there professional process, you get an inspection report with the pictures and issues of your roof in detail. This is included in your quote and another inspection report with pictures after the work has been completed. Highly recommend using them."

"New roof needed on my porch. They came earlier than anticipated and completed the job in 3 hours. They were totally professional. Cleared out the old stuff with no debris left on the ground. If I ever need another new roof, I definitely will call them. I only paid them what they estimated. Thanks guys. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks me."

"Definitely recommend! My Roof was aging all my neighbors had theirs replaced in the neighborhood. I called Dwell Roof and they provided a really easy process with a ton of information for me to understand the status of my Roof and in this case that they did a full tile roof underlayment replacement and changed some broken tiles as well as throwing in free wood. They kept the price discussions, really transparent and honest with materials and I just felt like they were taking care of me more than trying to take advantage of me. They were here when they said, and the job was done very clean after I just felt overall good experience and a really competitive price!"

"Michael was very professional and had great knowledge in roofing. He explained the type, quantity and placement of the tiles. I highly recommend M & H Contracting!"

"I cannot recommend Dan and the team at APM Builders highly enough. We had a major residential roofing project that required tearing off multiple ancient layers of roofing material, extensive wood decking replacement, and re-shingling our main structure, including a tricky pitched kitchen section. From start to finish, Dan was an outstanding communicator. He kept us updated with clear photos, walked us through every step, and ensured the job site was completely cleaned up and inspected. On top of their fast, high-quality work, Dan gave us a free warranty upgrade to secure the official GAF System Plus coverage—giving us a full 10-year labor/workmanship warranty backed by GAF and a 50-year material warranty for complete peace of mind. Finding a contractor who is honest, responsive, and genuinely goes above and beyond to protect your home is rare. APM Builders exceeded our expectations in every way. If you need a reliable, top-tier roofing team, call Dan and APM Builders!"
