"This was for a rental house we own in Decatur, we don't live in Decatur.  The company didn't call us as we expected to set up the appointment, but after I contacted him he was very responsive.  When he was able to get in the house to do the repair he discovered there was a leak and the floor was rotting. He contacted me and waited for me to get back with him.  While waiting he fixed a small problem with the shower in the other bathroom that another plumber was supposed to have fixed back in December.  He didn't charge me for that repair and gave me a 15% discount on fixing the floor and leak.  He had to come back to do the repair, but all seemed to go well.  Ronnie was very nice and easy to work with and I felt like he was reasonable in his prices. "Estimator came out to house 2 days after my inquiry. Provided a written estimate the following day. I called and told them to procced asap. They said they had to order the wood flooring and that would take about a week. Installation would be scheduled asap after they received the material. Within 5 days they called to say the wood had arrived and that the installation would be scheduled for the following Wednesday. The installers showed up on Tuesday, 1 day early. Fortunately I had no special plans for the day. The installers did a great job of installing, including weaving the new wood slats into existing flooring. They did install the wrong  shoe molding in part of the kitchen, which I did not catch until the installers left. I called Britt's and told them about the problem and they had a repairman out the very next day to fix it. Carpet guy was here 2 days later to cut and hem 4 throw rugs from the carpet that was removed from the area. Service was great and communication was great. <br />"
