He completed about a fourth of our new cottage framing and talked my sister in California into paying him half the contract and then left the job, He won’t call me back about refunding $2000 to my elder sister and he sent a slanderous letter defining why he left. He is a liar, a con artist and a thief. He is obviously experiencing dire financial stress. He has several bad reviews and I wish I had researched his company in greater detail. I’m debating trying to file financial fraud of an elder charges in hopes that it puts a stop to his thieving ways."

Dishonest business doesn't do what they advertise. -Make sure you are home or someone else is available when they arrive or it's your own fault. -Billed for services not provided; a check of security camera proved that. (Busted) -Called customer service to speak with a manager only to be told that this happens where they may have treated the wrong home, offered to send a tech out again. Did not want to see video footages. -Email notifications alerted that tech was on the way twice in two days never showed called; suspended/canceled service and ask for a manager to call nothing happened."
