Tyler understood our vision from the beginning and brought it to life — he made it better than we imagined! He was very mindful of our budget and would provide suggestions on ways to cut cost without compromising what we wanted. Of course, every decision was still up to us. The quality of their work is fantastic and extremely detailed. I was so appreciative of the hours and time they put into our project. I would recommend them to anyone! Dishonest business doesn't do what they advertise. -Make sure you are home or someone else is available when they arrive or it's your own fault. -Billed for services not provided; a check of security camera proved that. (Busted) -Called customer service to speak with a manager only to be told that this happens where they may have treated the wrong home, offered to send a tech out again. Did not want to see video footages. -Email notifications alerted that tech was on the way twice in two days never showed called; suspended/canceled service and ask for a manager to call nothing happened."
