Due to contractor capping off 2 sprinkler heads, Josh and crew came out, diagnosed our problem, recommended a "cost-saving" work-around that will prevent water from flowing under the patio, and made sure I knew how to work new systems. Well..............I had a major problem my first time working the system. I called Josh twice and very, very, very thankful of his willingness to help me during my panic mode to turn on the system. Josh was very pleasant and made me feel that he did not mind that I called his "twice" for the same problem that I could not figure out.
