He remained professional and kind through-out the two days of the installation. He was present each day of the process. The work Mr. Nisley done was impeccable and beyond reproach. Mr. Nisley checked to ensure that everything was too my satisfaction and it surpassed my expectation. I was extremely happy with the work Mr. Nisley and his crew performed. "My overall experience was EXTREMELY positive.  Zach was very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.  He seems to care very much about what he does. He listened to what I needed done and my financial restrictions and then presented me with options.  He was respectful, open to input and NOT patronizing to a single woman.  (That means a lot to me!)  The staff who came out and did the roof were really GREAT!  They were very respectful of my neighbors (lots of positive comments from neighbors), they were very skilled, professional, fast, efficient, and extremely tidy.  They also liked my dog which earns them lots of extra brownie points:)  My roof was a bit of a bear to do (very steep pitches) and it took only 2 days for total tear-off and replacement.  It looks really gorgeous with the architectural shingles (these have a very good warranty).  I am extremely happy.  There was a little mix up with the gutter covers but Bree was really, really helpful in getting everything resolved.  She and Zach compliment each other very well. I will be a returning customer as I have some windows, doors and siding that also need to be replaced.

"Dan’s crew of six were at my home bright and early this morning, worked steadily, completed my small home in one day, and my roof looks great! Dan painted my chimney surround and another chimney on the roof, to match the replacement vents, and replaced some fascia so that everything looks pulled together and tidy. The guys were professional and polite, Dan checked over everything when the job was completed to insure it was up to standard, and encouraged me to call him at any time if I have questions or concerns. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"We used SAL to do tile work in our kitchen.  We needed 7 new windows in the back of our house due to some storm damage as well as new cedar siding.  We live in an older home and come to find out the old windows were covered in lead paint.  Obviously this made us very nervous and concerned and we wanted this lead issue corrected immediately.  SAL has all the certification to handle LEAD abatement and successfully removed and replaced our windows.  The windows were done in conjunction with the siding on the back of the house. Our house is mainly brick on the front and sides. We had cedar clap siding that was damaged by a storm on the back of the house. SAL suggested that we use cement siding to replace the damaged cedar. SAL & his crew did a wonderful job, not only installing the windows & siding but cleaning up. They actually cleaned my entire house from top to bottom with special vacuums and cleaners to ensure the lead dust was removed. We are so pleased with SAL & his crew. At first we thought the price was high but after seeing all the extra work it takes to deal with lead we are confident the price was fair. Thanks again and job well done.
