The owner came for an estimate and after the inspection, he tells me it takes $ 850 for 4 posts and to repair the 2 gates, half of which as a down payment. I ask him when do you plan to do the job. The answer was within a couple of weeks. I paid half with my credit card. And since I paid by credit card, they added another 4 percent. From that moment I did not hear from him for 3 weeks until I decided to call. The first thing he asked me was if I was happy with the work done. What work?!! The work has not been done yet !!! He says let me check and I will call you back. The next day he sends me a text where he says the workers would come the next day. One of the posts they changed is much looser than it was before and one gate they have not fixed. In order to send them away I paid the second half of the initially agreed amount but I did not give them the extra $ 190 because the work was done poorly and was not completed.
