Keith met with us and helped us choose the perfect shower set-up and ensured all safety features were in place. He also agreed to do a last-minute toilet replacement using an ADA model. Overall, we were impressed with Keith and his assistant. His attention to detail and ensuring my mother had exactly what she needed was truly appreciated. "The process went well. The workers explained the amount of work required to get the walls in our older home shimmed to accommodate the required flat surface for the shower surround. Once that process was completed the rest of the work seemed to speed up. They asked specifically where the grab bars needed to be placed.
