"Based on the Angie's List reviews, I called Whole House Cleaners to complete the cleanup required by the property management company for a 3 bedroom / 1 bath house. They also cleaned the carpet as part of a separate contract, which I will review separately.
It was easy to schedule the appointment and Dawn was very pleasant. Once the two people arrived onsite, I received a call asking how I would like to prioritize their time, which I greatly appreciated. I elected to have them focus on the kitchen and bathroom. I didn't have an opportunity to get to the house before the final walk-through, so I was hoping desperately that things looked ok.
I need not have worried. The property manager commented on how clean things were, and said he can tell how well the cleaning service is by what the oven looks like. I didn't have the heart to tell him I never used the oven, LOL, but the place was nice and clean. The good news is I'm getting my entire deposit back, less the small repair made necessary because my dog found a mouse in the wall and proceeded to dig it out for me.

"DOOR INSTALLATION PROJECT
I recently ordered a mahogany door to replace the old metal front door in my home. After much anticipation, the new door finally arrived and I was eager to get it installed. I called John Butler from Butler Enterprises to get the job done.

Within the week, two men were at my house installing the new door. The men arrived in the morning and completed the project shortly after lunch.  The guys were on task the whole time. Three things I continue to notice about the Butler Enterprises Crew:  (1) friendliness, (2) cleanliness (job sight)  and (3) a commitment to quality. Yes, you heard me right. I said quality! I've never seen this crew cut corners....and that's an awesome find! For example, Mike, my installer, was attaching the hardware for my door he noted a problem (sloppy work by the manufacturer). Instead of overlooking somebody elses sloppy work/error, Mike took the time to make it right and correct the error. Yahoo! 

To date, I have nothing but good things to say about John Butler and his crew at Butler Enterprises. Consequently, I intend to keep sending my projects their way.

Note:   Would you believe that the installer for this project actually brought me a piece of the most delicious pineapple upside down cake that HE whipped up the night before! Gotta have Butler Enterprises crew back so I can get that fabulous recipe!"
