Jim's crew came in, removed the shed and timber wall, and also removed an intact but inadequate stone wall extending from the backyard to the street, a total distance of around 40 feet. He replaced that entire length with a beautiful split-faced masonry wall and poured a new concrete walkway to improve access to the backyard. Jim is the ultimate professional. He takes great pride in his work, loves to talk masonry and answer questions about the project, and is very transparent about pricing. The walkway was an add-on to the original project scope due to some unexpected circumstances uncovered during excavation, but he explained this at length and took photos so I could see why the additional work was required. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend his services."

"08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."
