The quality of the work is just excellent, this is the second time I have used his company, the first they poured a new driveway, front porch and 3 car garage floor. That turned out amazing also. "Dan and his crew were excellent to work with.  We had a big project and from the initial contact to get an estimate to the last paint stroke, he was attentive, easy to reach when needed, dealt with a few unexpected crises quickly and efficiently and did a great job.  We had an architect and another contractor specifically for the Endless pool, and Dan worked well with them as a team.  He has a small crew, but everyone was very pleasant, did great work, showed up every day, worked hard and cleaned up, and were easy to interact with.  We were also very impressed with the subcontactors he works with, and would be very pleased to work with them again. <br /> We ran into a few issues: <br /> The day that they removed our roof, we had a sudden rainstorm, which caused water to leak into our house, and while they were trying to shore up the water, our dogs got loose and escaped the house and yard.  Dan immediately contacted us (we were gone for the day),and had people cleaning up the water and covering the roof as well as had people driving around the neighborhood to look for our dogs.  They took care of all the extra drywall and painting for the water damage and the dogs were fine (just dirty and tired) when we found them.  We felt as though he cared not only about the job, but about us and our pets, throughout the remodel. <br /> We also had some difficulties when it came to the pool installation, where some measurements between what we received from the pool company and what we had on our plans ended up differently to what we expected.  Dan and Eric came up with a good plan on how to accommodate the changes and the end result is even better than we thought.  Considering that we basically redid our entire exterior and added an additional 1/4 to our house, we feel like we had a pretty easy renovation, and Dan and his crew were a big part of that.  A special shout-out to Eric Bates, our carpenter, who did a fantastic job!!"

"My service tech, Jordan Foy, called promptly in the morning and arrived right on schedule. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job installing my sump pump and the underground line. He made sure I approved of what he was going to do each step of the way. He was also very nice to my golden retriever puppy who wanted to be his assistant. "My initial phone call message was promptly returned and an appointment was set which Mr. Mollitor said might have to be rescheduled depending on a very large masonry job they were doing outside.  He did call well ahead to reschedule and actually came much earlier in the day than the time he had set and he called ahead to make certain I was home.  His crew, himself and two others, were extremely friendly & polite, removed their shoes before coming in and immediately set to work.  This was an exceptional crew, all of whom were knowledgeable and skillful in doing what had to be done.  They left the living room looking as though no one had been there except for a perfectly restored firebox.  This was the kind of service you always hope to get for whatever work needs to be done on your house.  The price was lower than what my expectations had been for the amount of time spent and the quality of the workmanship.  The cost was exactly as originally quoted.  I highly recommend this company and only wish I had known about them when we had our driveway replaced. <br />"

"John is a skilled tradesman, arrived a tad late, but was casual and confident. Looked at the task, said the estimate would be by the hourly rate ($80 an hour if I recall correctly), and made two trips to finish the task, a few hours each time (two different areas so that worked out for us). Asked us to check his work before he left, methodical and exact workmanship. I really like this guy! The exterior wall is over 40years old exposed to the elements, and he patched any breakage in the mortar, fixed any separations and finished the area where a new window went in. After everything dried, does not look obvious that any "patch" or "repair work had been done- blends right in! Knew the stone product (no longer available) and how to make it look new. We were really satisfied! <br />"

".   <br /> The process did a good job of leveling the stoop.  My only complaint is that the holes drilled in the concrete to pump in the material are quite noticeable because the slury(?) pumped in does not match the concrete.  I thought with weathering they would become less noteable, but six months in that has not been the case.  Mind you that that is not a complaint against 3D, but rather an aesthetic issue peculiar to the process. <br /> I gave price a B in that it was good, but didn't give it an A because I really don't have anything to compare it against. <br /> I gave overall and quality B's because of the aesthetic issues mentioned, but the process does an excellent job of leveling the concrete and I would certainly use 3D if a needed that done again. <br />"
