"Anthony Nastasi, hired by me to rebuild our decaying bay window, did a terrific job. When he came out to survey our prospective job, he listened closely to what we wanted, took notes, did measurements, and made suggestions. Later that day he sent my a proposal, detailing the materials and total cost of the project. Ultimately, the final cost was only about $300 more as additional material was needed. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. He told me when he had to complete another job so he might have to leave early or miss a day. Many Subs aren't professional enough to simply tell the truth. He always did. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work he did, the time frame in which he completed the job and, most importantly, how it looks. I would unequivocally recommend Anthony Nastasi to anyone. More important, knew their craft. Put all window treatments back in place. Later on, we did have an issue with one window (not quality) and the owner came out personally to remedy the fix."

"Their warranty, customer support and overall communication with the end user is terrible. I have a 4 panel bay window that every seal is blown in on the front of my home. It was installed around 5 years ago and the seals went bad almost two years ago. They still haven’t received replacement panes. I even offered to share the cost of a whole new unit because my kids cant even see out of the window anymore. They have done every window and some doors in my home. They have no problem selling you something, but if you ever have a problem, they fall EXTREMELY short of even bad. And forget trying to get a supervisor on the phone or email you. They put in the notes that they called and left a message but I have never gotten one. Buyer beware."
