"It was this Christmas eve during a storm and we lost power. I started up my emergency generator and it was working just fine. As the night wore on the generator started to loose power and after about an hour finally stopped generating power. I have two sump pumps that keep my basement from flooding as water levels rise from beneath and 3 refrigerators and a freezer full of food. He is a total professional that goes the extra mile we so frequently hear about but seldom see. Once at the house he quickly analyzed the problem. Since he didn't have the required part, he found a store that had it, left to get it and promptly returned to complete the repair. There were no surprises as he was completely up front as to the costs. He even spent extra time with me reviewing how to run and maintain my generator, as well as, proper electrical connections."

"The outside repair was routine and completed with no trouble.  The inside repair was more complicated because the damaged light fixture would blow the light switch when used and the fixture itself was no longer produced so could not be directly replaced.  Raynor technician was able to construct a replacement fixture and repair the switch.  Constructing the replacement took several weeks, but I had told the technician we were not in any rush.  The light was not often used.  Only negative thing I can say is that I was not kept informed of progress.  I did call once to ask how it was going and was told they would let me know in a couple of days.  Three weeks later they called to say the fixture was ready to install.  The technician was prompt with regard to his appointment.

"Lo-Ann called me as soon as my request went through on Home Advisor. We had some knob and tube wiring on the second floor and attic. Wayne, one of the electricians, came out to map the home out. This was a $325 service that was credited back to your account if you use them to make repairs. I highly recommend the service. Wayne mapped out every outlet and switch in the house. He then knew how every circuit was wired and how to fix them once the knob and tube was removed. The mapping took about 3 hours one morning and the knob and tube remediation took about 6 hours. We feel a lot safer now that this job is complete. Lo-Ann is great and she was in contact with me frequently via text and e-mail. There price for the job, I felt, was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again."
