"Owner Gary ( very pleasant person)and his workers installed 100 feet PVC fence and arbor. They were very professional, knowledgeable and polite workers; it was a pleasure to have a deal with them. They did a good job and cleaned after themselves. It took them around 4 weeks from the first meeting to end of installation including almost 2 weeks waiting for factory manufacturing my multicolor fence and arbor.I specifically postponed this review from October 2018 when they installed my fence, to see a quality their job during a prolonged time and especially winter. I would definitely will hire Gary’s team again!"

"The quotation was on time and professionally done by Steve.  The work was quickly scheduled and done by a varying size crew of 4 to 10 people over the course of two days.  Besides the perimeter drain, the work done included filling-in an older and inadequate sump, and digging two new sumps in other basement locations.  The work crew handled themselves well, and were well supervised.  Care was taken to plastic-cover items in the basement that could have been damaged by water, mud, or dust. Cleanup after the work was finished was very good, and the basement has remained dry since the repair, even in the heaviest rains.
The only surprises that I didn't expect were the lack of any plan regarding what to do with the discharge water when it was pumped outside the house, and the lack of any plan to provide electrical service for the newly added sump-pumps.  Neither of these items were in the original quote, and I probably should have expected those issues, but they were not brought up in any of our discussions.  There was also talk during the quote about mold-remediation, which I thought would be a non-fouling sealer product of some type, but which turned out to be a spray-on cleaning chemical.  These are all misinterpretations I had about the services that were being offered, and my missed expectation is the reason for my B quality rating.
Overall, the quality of their work met my expectations, the crew worked diligently, and the results were as-promised.  Also, the final product works as advertised, was installed in a timely fashion, and was delivered for exactly the price that was quoted.  For those reasons alone I can easily recommend Rightway Waterproofing services.
