"Extremely well! I used Jason Griggs and his small but scrappy crew to repaint the interior of a home I sold just prior to purchasing this new home. They did a tremendous job for me then, at a reasonable price, so I enlisted them for this larger, more difficult job. There was wallpaper to be removed and painted over, numerous drywall repairs, caulking, and generally a lot of prep work before the actual painting could begin. They also had to work in two different phases -- prep and paint the rooms that were not being remodeled, and wait for a couple months while other rooms were being remodeled, then come back and prep and paint those rooms. All in all, this spanned a period from October to January. They did their usual outstanding job! I am so happy I was able to secure their services again. Jason is a former engineer who pays keen attention to detail. He really takes pride in doing a high quality, thorough job and will do whatever it takes to walk away with a satisfied customer. He has a great customer service attitude and often agrees when you point a blemish out, saying they will quickly take care of it. He and his crews are very trustworthy. They earned my trust on my first job at the old house -- I let them come and go as they needed, while I was away at work. Same in this case; I allowed them full rein of the house, and did not do anything special to put things away. They really are that trustworthy! It's nice when you feel that trust with a service provider. They do quality work, aren't happy unless you're happy, will do whatever it takes to make you happy, treats your home and belongings with respect, and makes you feel like you're the customer and you come first! I cannot recommend them enough. If I were you and need some painting done, I'd call The Griggs Company. I know I will contact them for all my painting needs in the future."

"The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "Don't let the name fool you: Mr. Damer does much more than excavation. I'm a single mom and I have an older house that's not a fixer-upper but has come up on generational updates/maintenance.
