"Requested boots for pipes on roof so there would be no leaks....told me wasnt necessary....said goo around pipes was good for 10 yrs.......not.......its leaking......came out to re goo them then sent me a bill for 275.00 for 3 pipes...25 mins.....never said I was being charged.....everybody else has boots on pipes to prevent leaks...said they didnt think necessary"

"DO NOT USE** this guy Floyd stole money from us. Destroyed our house with his terrible craftsmanship skills. We had to fire him. We asked for a partial refund (which he agreed to) and yet 1 month later have yet to see it. He is not licensed / insured/ or bonded. (Don't believe me? Ask him to send it to you). I would stay far away from this guy--- read the review below and any other reviews about A-1 Renovations- they all say the same thing. This guy is a scam artist. We had to spend more money fixing his mistakes. He will trick you. STAY AWAY. Not a licensed plumber or electrician either. DO NOT HIRE! You've been warned."
