They are coming back, Build me a new Mailbox and re=do my driveway + add a stone Cap to my Retainer wall. The Stone cap was beautiful, great job. My negative on the Project, was they took forever to do my Driveway. I was told they sent the wrong materials. So the owner, Alejandro told me they would order other materials to replace those. For a job that I expected to take only a week and a half, they took almost a month. And left a Dumpster full of concrete waste in front of my House for a few weeks making my House an eyesore to the neighborhood. They did finally finish the Driveway, Pave stone. It came out beautiful. But then Alejandro told me he could not Power wash the dust and waste material off, and put sealant on it, for a few weeks. He said he was running over budget, and needed $2000 more to finish the job. Project is still not complete. I feel, if he miscalculated, that should not be my burden to bear. I should not have to pay extra to complete the job."

"It started with a retaining wall under our patio room. The wall has been leaning outward over the years (scary) since it is under a room in our house. I got a few bids and not only did I like Eric the best (he made me feel like this was an easily doable job vs. a "big problem" like a competitor made it sound. Turns out the wall was not built exactly right so they dug it out and rebuilt it correctly. We were so happy that I decided to ask Eric about some other unsightly areas that we weren't sure what to do with. He immediately suggested some excellent solutions (fieldstone patio extension and knee walls). So we went ahead with it and are thrilled with the result.
