"our front brick steps have sunk about 9 inches. They used hydraulic jacks to lift the concrete slabs. Then drilled into the foundation and tied into it with rebar. Then pumped cement back into keep the step-slabs level. They them repointed all of the steps. You can see the before and after pics here."

We talked and he made several suggestions and we agreed upon a price, which beat other estimates that I had gotten. If a problem arose, we would talk about it and come to a solution.
