He had several different teams which were specialist in every aspect of removal of the old siding, repairing our back deck and deck stairs. This included preparing my house to received a satisfactory rating to assist me in getting my mortgage refinance through the Veterans Administration. After refinance the Make A Choice Home Exterior, LLC team removed our old siding and installed the new Hardie Plank Siding , install new outside lights, reframed out windows and painted the new siding. This has been a great experience."

We had some minor issues with not leveling and screwing down the subfloor in one bedroom, and some minor damage to some of the floorboards (dents, small cracks) during installation. While I am satisfied with the overall job, I wish the installers had taken a little more time and care with the prefinished floors. The finished in place stair treads and landing turned out great. Overall, I would hire again, but would keep a closer eye on the job progress."

"The cleaning went very well. I hired them to clean three bedrooms upstairs and landing area above the stairs. The cleaner arrived 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. He made sure equipment set up did not create obstacles or cause any damage. When the job was completed I was cautioned about safety precautions to avoid slips. I received a phone call a few hours after the job was completed to check whether I was satisfied l. I’m very satisfied with the job done."

"We started out rough - the flooring guy they sent didn't know what he was doing by the end of the 2nd day, the floor was a total mess. I sent the Installation Manager an email who as soon as he saw the message the called of the first installer and sent in a Super Star the next day. As soon as the new installer looked of the 2 days worth of flooring he called the Manager and report it all had to be torn up and replaced. And that's exactly what they did - COMPLETELY! Also, the flooring that was being put down looked nice in the sample but on the floor it was too dark. I called the Manager and asked since it all had to be taken up could we select a different color - NO PROBLEM! Done and it all looks great. My only question is how did a non qualified tech get sent to do the job in the first place???"

"I would recommend this company 1 million times. The entire process was so easy. I went on Home Advisor looking for floor installation and not long after Sam called me. I set up an appointment that same day to look at their flooring samples. This was on Saturday. My floors had to be demoed with laminate and tile. The guys had my floor demoed in 1 day and they will be done today!!! I am beyond happy with their customer service. Dia is the gentleman I dealt with at the store and who came to my house. I called him today to thank him for the amazing work they did. The price is VERY affordable and both Sam and Dia have top notch customer service!!!
