"We hired Mr. Finley to install our new storm door and fix the damaged door frame. He was absolutely phenomenal. Not only was he able to do high quality work quickly, he was able to identify the problems in the previous installation that caused the damage and fix them on the fly. He clearly takes great pride in his craftsmanship, which makes all the difference. "In short ok. After requesting the quote, Montel came out pretty quickly to assess the work to be done. After I accepted their quote in the system, I di not hear back from them until a week later. Chalk it up to electronic system or human error. It happens. They removed most of the branches requested. I did want debris clean-up on the side but that will be another time. I would advise they start to take pictures of what customers request. It will keep all parties on the same page. Overall good guys doing a days work."
