"they said they were going to show up Monday at 9am, after a brief delay not due to them they were here shortly after. he looked at the door and said it wasn't a problem. he proceeded to the store at which he called and stated that he could just get the hinges instead of the whole door and hardware. of course I agreed resulting in saving money. once he returned the door was fixed in a short amount of time. very polite and professional. would definitely use Edgyver again if I have any more handyman projects. thank you to them for doing a great job."

"I'll start with the fact I am happy with the work itself, and the professionalism of the mechanic. Not having had any experience in this area. I relied on reviews, and google. I fully expected to be treated fairly, and went in with that mind set. I was in a bit of a bind, and needed the door to work. So though the price seemed higher than I thought it should. I allowed them to make the repairs. Unfortunately for me. I did not check the parts prices until after the fact. For a set of springs that cost less than $40 from the manufacturer; I was charged $208. For a set of pulleys that run $6 each. I was charged $190+. For $4 worth of cable. I was charged $97. The total overcharge was $338 as I see it. I feel that this company preys on people that are being held hostage by their house. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. ="

"Mr. Scott responded to my call for service by coming by to give an estimate for the work the same day I called.  He sent an itemized email with details of the estimated price and an expected date for beginning the work.  The evening before the day he was to start work, he called to let me know his scheduled delayed him by one day.  He arrived with his helper at the stated time and did a thorough job of cleaning the house roof and sidewalk.  He purchased and installed the 2 fluorescent bulbs for the garage and after checking the motion sensor light that was not working correctly, purchased a new one to replace it.  He and his helper, Chris, were both accommodating of workmen who needed access to the garage while they were pressure washing the roof. <br /> Mr. Scott is attentive to detail and takes pride in his work.  I would ask him again when I need work done. <br />"
