So that was partially the problem. So Rodger leveled the refrigerator and we no longer have any door or any other issues. So kudos to Rodger and his company. "Service was responsive, punctual and completed quickly. I have no issues with the repairman or the repairs made; my only criticism would be that some portion of the $68.00 service call should be put towards the labor. The repair in my case was rather simple and the repairman was very sure what was needed (hence there was no need for diagnostics). The entire service call, arrival to departure, was probably less than 45 minutes. I paid $35 in parts, $2.65 tax on parts, $9 in labor and $68 for the service call. I recognize that fuel and overhead are significant costs, but perhaps labor kicking in after an hour of work would be more palatable to the customer. While pricy because of the service call charge, I was very pleased with the overall experience and would definitely consider, if not use, this business in the future. I'll recommend to friends or neighbors, but I would explain my thoughts with the pricing."

"When my old water heater started leaking, I knew it would have to be replaced, so I chose the company with the largest number of A ratings on Angie's List--Petersen Plumbing and Heating.  With only two exceptions, my experience was very positive.  The person who took my call was pleasant and helpful, and the technician who installed the water heater was great.  He was prompt, efficient, tidy, and friendly.  He hauled away the old water heater and left the work area clean.  The new water heater works fine.  I would like to be able to give a grade of A- instead of an A for two reasons.  First, given the fact that the old water heater was leaking and I had a stream of water running to the floor drain (which I said in my initial phone call) and the service was not to be performed until two days after I called, I wish the person I spoke to had either told me how to shut it down or had offered to send someone to do that.  Second, the person I spoke to simply recommended their most popular replacement, rather than talking with me about options.  I didn't think about it until after the fact (so I take some responsibility), but I would have preferred to install an Energy Star water heater if one was available.  I also think the person on the phone should have asked more questions about number of people in the home and water usage before drawing her own conclusion about the size I needed.  I would definitely call Petersen again, but I would take more initiative with my order next time. <br />"
