"We started in the spring. Greg came out to assess my falling apart garage. He tore down the old garage and replaced it. As it is an attached garage, it was quite a process. Everything went very well. There were some delays due to weather, but that is understandable. Overall, I am thrilled with my new garage and so happy that Greg was also able to redo the sidewalk and steps to my front door. "Initial estimate was for the concrete tear out only. Emailed Ross for a side visit. He came the same day. Quoted $1700 ($1200 for 4 inch). After the tear out was done, I asked him to quote the class five preparation. We agreed on $1350 and the work was done the next day. Everything was done on time. He left the work side and street clean. Everything is ready for me to put the pavers down. Very nice to work with. Good job."
