True professional, very knowledgeable of home construction which helped in performing structural repairs (rafters, support beams, laths, chimney close-in, new decking, and total reroof). We had a tankless water heater installed by another company and they use Vance’s company for the roof work related to the vent lines. Mike did a beautiful job on the vent lines. But then he went the extra mile and did a pretty thorough inspection of our roof and the fireplace chimney cap.
