I must say that the response from the time that I requested service to the time of the service tech arrival was excellent. Anna the administrator/ scheduler was professional and courteous s she tried to accommodate our request. The service tech (Gilbert) arrived earlier than the schedule appointment, but he called in advance to let us know that he could come approximately 45 minutes early. Gilbert was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered any questions or concerns that we had.
