"We have used HT Roofing & Construction for two jobs so far and plan on calling them for more work in the near future. For both jobs, one on the roof for multiple leaks and one to change the direction of a down-spout for out gutter, I was very satisfied with their work. In both cases, the work was done quickly, cleanly, and without any defects -- great quality! They were very meticulous in their attention to detail and found several areas where my roof needed repairs and they were able to address each one of them in a timely manner. After the job was complete, they made sure all their waste materials were picked up and you could not even tell they had been onsite, other than the fact that the leaks in the roof were gone. Licio is a fantastic contact, when he comes out, he is very professional, very helpful in explaining what is wrong and what needs to be done. He also comes back and ensures that the work that was completed is done according to the specifications agreed to in the quote. "We just had major hail damage & JPA Construction put on our new roof and worked with our insurance company.  Oh my goodness they started in the morning and they left that day and they were done.  It was a one day job.  They got up there, they tore it all off, they put the new roof on, cleaned up all of the garbage and then the next day they came and got the big trailer out of my driveway.   It was just a 24 hour period.  I didn't worry too awful much about my landscaping because we're due to landscape it anyway and it was November so most everything was dead.  They were very good all along.  The whole thing was easy and smooth."

"The job itself seemed to go very well but there was a problem that I found out after they finished the job and there were damaged gutters. If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter. Update 04/21/2025: The contractor responded to my issues and did a fantastic job. Thank you for responding quickly and so well."
