Lee guided us step by step during the entire process of picking our cabinets, counters, flooring and the design of a custom cat area to accommodate a pet drinking fountain. Ian and his crew did an outstanding job installing the cabinets and the finish work. Any concerns we had were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. All subcontractors (floor, electric, plumbing, and counter tops) were excellent. Any concerns were addressed fully. When Lee and Ian say they want customers 100% satisfied, they mean it and it happens. Thank you Benchmark for our beautiful kitchen!"

"For the first round I needed several pieces of furniture refinished/repaired because of scratches. One they repaired in my home and did a good job. Two they took to their shop and I didn't hear from them for a very long time. After complaints we agreed on a date when it was absolutely essential for them to get the key piece for my living room back because I had visitors coming. When that date arrived nobody showed. They brought it back later. They were very expensive but the quality of work was good. Then, in February 2020, I sent them another piece, an end table from a bedroom. It had a scratch on the plain black top surface. They just needed to repaint the white scratch on the black surface. Now it's August, half a year later. I haven't heard from them. When I email them and ask for my end table back, I get no reply."
