"True North Contacting stepped in as the replacement for a contractor that I hired and then never showed up to do the job. They were prompt, professional and are the only reason that my project was successful. The workmanship was superior, and the detailed tile work they did came out beautiful. There are so many contractors to choose from in these times, but True North is above and beyond the rest. Look no further if you want an honest professional contractor that not only shows up, but also provides amazing workmanship at a fair price."

"The crew at James & Whitney co were extremely friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with our new roof. The job was done fast and is of wonderful quality. Beyond that, this is a company that truly stands behind their work, as they have reached out to me several times in the past few months to ask how the roof is holding up. I truly couldn’t recommend James & Whitney highly enough to anyone who needs work done on their roof."

"They were excellent. They showed up on time, performed the work courteously, efficiently, and professionally. Not only did they strip the roof, they also replaced the plywood before re-shingling. They flashed where necessary and installed the drip edge. Most surprising to me was the quality of the cleanup. I am yet to find a single nail left behind despite the snow we had on the ground. I liked them so much that I will be bringing them back in the spring to insulate and install vinyl siding!"

"Very professional! Good quality, good crew and everything was exactly as they promised! I am very happy with my new roof!"

"We needed to have Leak Seekers demo 2 chimneys to below the roof line and then repair the roof where the chimneys had been. Also to remove a cast iron vent pipe and patch that hole. Second job was to repair some badly damaged fascia (squirrel holes) and to rebuild 2 rotted trim returns. We had to delay the job until some squirrels could be removed from the attic, and Jerry was flexible about adjusting the start date. The work done was all excellent. Roof was patched so well I can't really see where the chimneys used to be. I was impressed by the quality of the carpentery work that was completed as well, on the fascia and trim returns."

"Excellent service. Roof looks great!"

"Kitchen remodel 2024 4/15/2024- 5/21/2024 From our very first meeting, during the design process and through the construction to completion, every person we came into contact with from Benchmark and various subcontractors were professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Lee guided us step by step during the entire process of picking our cabinets, counters, flooring and the design of a custom cat area to accommodate a pet drinking fountain. Ian and his crew did an outstanding job installing the cabinets and the finish work. Any concerns we had were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. All subcontractors (floor, electric, plumbing, and counter tops) were excellent. Any concerns were addressed fully. When Lee and Ian say they want customers 100% satisfied, they mean it and it happens. Thank you Benchmark for our beautiful kitchen!"

"I recently had David from McKeage Industries handle a roof repair for my vacation home in Maine, and I could not be happier with the results. From the moment I reached out, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be done before starting any work. The quality of their craftsmanship was outstanding, and they finished the job on time without cutting corners. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Finding reliable contractors for a vacation home can be tough, but McKeage Industries made the entire process easy and stress free. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Maine looking for honest, dependable, and skilled roofing professionals."
