"Mike was great. He took his time to explain what he was doing. I had a sediment filter installed and he replaced the pressure tank. He showed me how to check/replace filter as needed. He came by and diagnosed my problem without charging a service fee. He was very thorough and was not in a rush. His price was fair. He gave his professional opinion and did not try to "sell" me products that were not needed when I inquired about a water softener for my house. Great guys both him and his partner. I highly recommend giving them a call for your next plumbing job!"

"We have to rate our experience with Jeff as being top notch.
We originally contacted him about a simple painting job, but as he helped us articulate our needs, we realized we had an opportunity to address other critical needs around our house, which we'd been putting off for a long time.  Soon, we were not only talking about the painting, but also some major reconstruction projects involving both porches of our home.
Jeff is one of the hardest workers we've ever met, and he dedicated many, many hours to getting this work done.  He was always on time, and worked diligently each and every day.  He stuck with our projects until they were completed, and coming home each day was a joy, to see what he had accomplished.
More than anything else, we want to stress that quality of Jeff's work was FAR above what we ever expected.  Not only did we get our two porches replaced, but they are more solid, and more beautifully constructed than what they replaced.  Time and again we'd come home to find that Jeff had done some little touch to the construction that amazed us, and showed how very much he cares about his work.  As an ironic testament to the quality of his work, we're actually a little embarrassed by some previous exterior work we had done by another carpenter, which now pales in comparison to Jeff's craftsmanship.
There were some concerns that came up during the project, but Jeff handled them very well. 
Toward the end of the job, Jeff let us know that the work had been more extensive than he realized, and it soon became apparent that his original quote would not cover everything he had agreed to do.  I greatly respect the way Jeff handled this, by both being honest about the situation, and his willingness to meet us halfway between his original quote, and the unexpected increased costs.  In the end, we agreed to increase the contract amount, and defer some work until spring.  Both were solutions that we could all feel good about.
Jeff will be returning in the spring to do the painting on the new porch (once the wood has thoroughly dried), and I look forward to not only giving an update to this review at that time, but also discussing with him more projects we'd like to undertake.
In conclusion, Jeff is an excellent resource.  We've had bad experiences with contractors in the past, and it was refreshing to work with someone that we felt we could rely upon, through every step of the process.  You couldn't do better than hiring this guy for your projects!
