The exceptional work recently completed, on 4/17/2019 by J and A Home Remodeling, installing new windows for our home rises to that occasion. Through the years my wife and I have owned and renovated several homes dealing with a variety of contractors whose customer service satisfaction was as varied as the work needed. Now retired and on fixed incomes, the importance of being assured of receiving value for our dollars had become paramount and with Owner/Operator Joe Markey that goal was achieved. Our first introduction to Joes work came from a business associate who recommended him highly for some interior painting that was needed. Joe showed flexibility with scheduling out of concern for our needs and performed the service both timely and with close attention to detail. An offhand comment regarding a desire to have our windows replaced for the past few years led to Joe apprising us as to the depth of services he renders, and within 48 hours we had been shown a sample of the windows, provided pricing info, detailed spec information as to quality, warranty coverage, the installation process, scheduling needs/accommodations, and commitment to personally perform the work. Within the time frame of barely one and a half days, I witnessed Joe, with assistance from an equally competent technician Ed, personally change 16 windows from start to finish. The proficiency with which they worked as a team was amazing to observe. The removal, replacement, insulating, caulking, and exterior aluminum wrapping/embellishments were performed without any interior or exterior mess that we had to concern ourselves with. The final look significantly enhanced the street appeal of our house and was everything we were expecting. The noise reduction, ease of cleaning, and energy saving aspects will be paying dividends for years to come. "Darren Caporelli and his team are the best! We had a big Living Room project where we asked them to custom-build a pair of bookshelves plus custom-build a TV stand and they built it exactly as I had envisioned it. It is perfect to the millimeter and so beautiful!! We also wanted paneling, trim and molding on our walls and they beautified our place to the exact detail that we wanted it, with such care and artistry in their work, working around the tricky vents and outlets seamlessly. They were respectful, timely and always cleaned up the space each day before leaving. I am thrilled with their work and give them A++ for their professionalism and craftsmanship! "The pads came out beautifully and fit perfectly. My table is an unusual size and goes from round to oval when expanded. The pads look great and if I wanted I could even leave them on all the time. They fit together easily and they're easy to put on and remove"

"The ceiling fan the kitchen pull switch was no longer working and broke off at a point where it could not be replaced.  On the advice of John, we purchased a new ceiling fan and remote.  John came over with in a few days after purchasing the new fan and installed the fan and universal remote.  He even took the time to patch the kitchen ceiling since the original fan base was larger than the new fan.   My wife loves the remote that he mounted on the wall it makes it easier for her to turn the light on and off and to adjust the fan without having to stand on her toes.  
It is always a pleasure to work with John, he is friendly, professional and really cares for his customers.  He is a Super Service Provider for sure.
