Mike gave me the option of using some much higher quality, but factory defective carpet, for a much better price. The defect was dots of small grease stains, every few feet, in a row along one end of the roll. For a much better price, he could cut out the stains for the hall and stairs, and put the stains towards the back of the bedrooms where they'd be covered with furniture. <br /> Not only is the carpet installed perfectly and much higher quality than I planned for, but his guys got the stains out! "Everything went as planned. We went to the store on Route 9 about 2 weeks prior to closing and spoke with Karen about getting something set up for measuring and work done. She was very helpful and told and pretty much told us to give them a call when the house closed to set up a time to measure. She told us what to expect with estimating, pricing, and timing on getting the work done. She was always very responsive and, when we called her the day prior to closing, she told us when to expect Jim, her husband, to come out an measure for the carpeting. Jim came, measured, and the next day, got us a very reasonable estimate for a nice, quality carpet. Both were very accommodating with allowing us to take the carpet samples to see in our new home to make sure we liked the choices, They ordered the carpet, and told us exactly when it was to arrive. Work was done right after the carpet came in. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience and the quality of work done. They did an excellent job and were always timely and professional. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future when we have flooring needs arise."
