Second experience was completely different. Two guys. In a rush. They missed stains, were rough with the cleaning, left water on the wood floor and clearly were in a rush to get somewhere else. The rugs and furniture they were asked to clean were all less than 2 years old."

"Mitch was great! We initially contacted him to remove an acrylic paint stain from an inherited one-of-a-kind tapestry. He was extremely cautious throughout the process, reaching out to the paint manufacturer, requesting a sample of the paint, and testing it before committing to the job. He took his time and was ultimately able to remove about 95% of the stain, something we had been told was impossible by others. "It was easy to make an appointment. I had purchased a Big Deal. The two person team arrived on-time. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant to have in the house. Everything was explained in advance and there was no attempt at up-selling (which I can't stand). We had 3 large area rugs to be cleaned. Most of the furniture had been moved in advance. The team was very good about moving the dinng room table, sofas, buffet, and hutch. Even though we had these items were on furniture glides, the team was very careful with moving the furniture. They were very thorough and efficient in cleaning the carpets. The carpets looked great when they finished. I reminded the team to please wipe up any excess water on hardwood floors and they did (this always happens, do not take this as a negative on their work). I have seen comments in a few reviews that the rugs were very wet after the cleaning. This was not my experience. I think there was a little more moisture as compared to when I used another provider, to be honest. However, it was not a problem and the rugs dried in the normal time frame I expected and was as quoted. The only reason I gave a B on professionalism is that the team does not wear booties either before, during or after cleaning. It's not a reflection on them - the business should provide them. It didn't affect the cleaning the first time as they worked back to front and at the end had to stand on the front porch to finalize the transaction after they finished. I had them come back two weeks later to clean the rugs upstairs and again they did a fantastic job. Again, no booties so they tracked in dirt on one of my rugs downstairs, which to their credit they pointed out and cleaned. To the owner of the business, please invest in the booties. Doing so would provide a more professional appearance and reduces additional work for the team. I would also recommend calling the customer a day or so after the service to make sure everything went well. Bottom line: I am very happy, they did an excellent job both times, I will be hiring them again and do recommend them."
