"Thanks Mike and crew for my new roof and deck. After a hot week , my flat twenty year old roof developed some major leaks. Mike (Owner) was able to come out quickly and access the situation and come up with a very comprehensive plan that made sense for my situation. His quotes are very detailed and covered every question / concern I could think of. I asked Mike to remove and reinstall the old deck and build a second deck on the opposite side of the roof. "Roof was 25 years old and was due for replacement. I also had old LP fiberboard siding that needed replacing in some sections mainly the chimneys. The rest was ok and I couldn't see spending the money to replace it all. George Keller did a terrific job on the roof and worked with me to match the LP siding using James Hardie siding. Carl the estimator took his time gave me a detailed estimate with pictures showing all the sections of siding that would be replaced. George Keller had done other houses in our neighborhood and one neighbor, an architect, used them, so that speaks to their reputation. I would highly recommend them. They are very efficient and neat and will finish your job in a day or two."

We determined that in order to prevent squirrels doing further damage that the nearby tree had to be trimmed back. To my satisfaction, Shaw was equipped to offer this service at an additional reasonable price. I appreciated that either one or the other owners was at the job site throughout the project.
