"Roof was 25 years old and was due for replacement. I also had old LP fiberboard siding that needed replacing in some sections mainly the chimneys. The rest was ok and I couldn't see spending the money to replace it all. George Keller did a terrific job on the roof and worked with me to match the LP siding using James Hardie siding. Carl the estimator took his time gave me a detailed estimate with pictures showing all the sections of siding that would be replaced. George Keller had done other houses in our neighborhood and one neighbor, an architect, used them, so that speaks to their reputation. I would highly recommend them. They are very efficient and neat and will finish your job in a day or two."

I should say that there was some miscommunication that required the roof to be done twice, but regardless Ideal came through and got the job done and the end result is a very nice pitched roof with most water draining properly. I had a pleasure working with Erick & Mike and chatting with Ivan over email to correct the issues I had with the initial roof installation. In the end I have a roof that functions properly.
