I have around 1-2 years experience in private contract work that includes gutting, renewing, and replacing previous equipment and furniture. i know how to replace and patch drywall and how to professionally clean and revive carpet and tile. i even can remove old carpet and replace with new if provided with the necessary materials or budget. I know how to paint and how to install doors and other hardware however i do not have experience with windows or showers or bathtubs unfortunately. I can always do demolition for old cast iron tubs, removing scrap appliances, declutterring of homes, organizing, cleaning and etc. I can do a lot just run it by me and i can give you my honest opinion of the time, effort, and material that it will take.
