"I am an out of state investor and purchased a property in Ohio. Per the home inspection there were some electrical and plumbing items that needed to be done. My initial contact was with Mike, who was awesome! Bob came out to give me an estimate and noticed some additional things that needed to be addressed which I was so appreciative of since I have to rely on the expertise of others to have my back. Mike, Bob and Donny were so personable, professional, informative, prompt, and would call me about anything so I was aware of what was going on. They also sent me pictures at every stage. We ended up having some additional electrical issues and they worked diligently to try to figure out the cause. They were able to come up with the best and most cost effective options for me. Other companies would have probably tried to milk the situation and take me for all it was worth. They probably don't know this, but I have all their phone numbers saved in my phone and IF I have any plumbing or electrical issues they will be the FIRST to call. If I could have given 10 stars, they would have gotten it. What a great TEAM at United Plumbing & Electric."

"Logan Services did a great job from beginning to end. Our propane furnace started failing after 25 years. I had the company out that installed it and they were able to get it to limp along, so I was not in an emergency situation and could shop around. I called five companies and had two more respond from a internet request. Of the five, two never returned a call. One came out and never did get me quote. Of the four bids I got, Logan Services was in the middle. I spent time with each person that came out and talked about what would be best. One spent 5 minutes, another about 10 minutes and the third about 30 minutes. Tyler H from Logan was very diligent, taking pictures and doing measurements and answering my questions. He took his time and ended up spending 90 minutes with us making sure he answered our questions and giving us pricing options before he left. I called him several times after I had gotten the other bids in and he was always patient answering my questions as we decided between a conventional AC unit or a heat pump. We decided to go with a dual fuel system with propane and a heat pump. The installers Ben, Chris and Ryan reviewed everything before starting and showed me how to work the new thermostat when they were finished. They arrived at 10am and didn’t get finished till 8:30 in the evening. It was a long day for them, but took time to answer my questions as we reviewed the thermostat programming. Having owned my own business for 25 years, I know the type of service and standards that I want and the people at Logan Services really delivered."

"The job went Extremely Well! Work Performed June 12, 2019 This was my first time looking for a truly real, qualified plumber, because I could no longer trust the work of pseudo plumbers. I had a busted indoor basement pipeline that connected to an outdoor spigot, that caused quite a bit of water damage in my basement, so I needed to find the best plumber, at a reasonable price, and a company that would apply the diagnostic charge to the total charge of the work done. I spent several hours researching plumbing companies, reviewed a great deal of customers’ reviews on each company, and I called a few that had the best reviews. One of my initial calls was to Archer Plumbing Company. The phone was answered promptly by Allan, a very pleasant man (a good sign). I explained what was going on, he asked a few questions, and was able to quote a ballpark figure of what it might cost. I told him I had to make a few more calls before I could decide on a company, but so far, they seemed to be the best, and met all my requirements. In the end, Archer Plumbing was the number one choice by far. I called Allan back and scheduled an appointment. The next day I called and changed the scheduled date to an earlier date, and Allan was very flexible and accommodating. Allan called on June 12, the scheduled date, to let me know that the plumbers were on their way. Chuck and Matthew arrived promptly. I was happy that they had shoe covers (thumbs up), so I didn’t have to offer mine. Chuck was very knowledgeable, proficient and efficient. Both were very polite and pleasant. In addition to replacing the busted pipeline and spigot, they replaced the toilet fill valve and seal in two toilet tanks, and Chuck gave me some general, helpful maintenance tips, as well as addressed a few of my concerns with future plumbing projects. I was very pleased that the cost was within the ballpark figure that Allan had quoted for the busted pipe repair. Needless to say, I highly recommend Archer Plumbing. First impression and experience are lasting! I admire their honesty and integrity. I have already recommended Archer Plumbing to my friends and family. This company exceeds customers’ expectations in all areas of service. They deliver Five Star Service, at a reasonable price, and they offer a one year warranty on their work. "They did a nice job, with some issues. Used subs to do the work, the guy that quoted and led the project only came out once in a while. He had several jobs going at the same time. I did have to get some things reworked, but all in all the bathroom remodel does look nice. p.s. make sure what you pick for grout is what you get. I got the wrong grout color."

"Their services straightened up my drain and completely fixed my problem without having to dig up my floor. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. In addition, he gave me the advice on what to do with the sewer line and I thought that was nice of him to do that."

"Joseph was great. I live in a condo that wasn't built with the best materials or quality. I'm used to jobs being larger than expected because of this. Joseph was able to fix things for less than his original quote. He kept me updated as he found potential issues that may raise the price, but always found a way through the issues to finish the job without additional labor or parts. This alone saved my $800 or more. Scheduling can be more difficult than with larger companies since Joe is very busy (probably because he does good work for a good price), so keep this in mind for smaller jobs."
