"I discovered my sewer line backed up in my basement and garage on Monday evening. I called Tuesday morning to have them come out. I talked to a nice young women who said they could not come out same day, but would be out on Wednesday. I asked what time and she said she did not know but they would call me 30 minutes ahead when they were on their way. About 4:40 p.m. on Wednesday I had not received a call and no one had showed up. I called to follow up and they said that they had me on the schedule for Thursday morning. I said that will not work because I have two work meetings scheduled. They said the first they could get out was Friday afternoon. I was very upset because I have sewage in my basement where I have my laundry, treadmill and cat litter box. I am in my basement everyday. I am a business women and understand that mistakes can happen, it's how you resolve them. I talked to the male customer service rep and EMPHASIZED how UPSET I was and I wanted a manager or owner to call me and explain the breakdown. He said that they were going to close in 11 minutes. OK, I still want someone to call me. I would have expected someone to call me right away but I guess 5 o'clock is closing time whether you had caused a potential customer an inconvenience or not. I never heard from anyone, ever. I potentially have 10K+ of repairs to give my business to someone. It won't be this company."

They also replaced the old, rusty parts of the plumbing stack in the basement, which had evidence of prior leaking, and they added a new washing machine drain stand pipe. They also found a leak in one of the pipes in the wall between the bathroom and the kitchen, and they replaced the leaking part, which had the added benefit of making the bathroom drain and the kitchen drain flow better. They did a full cleanup after all the work was performed. I will definitely use Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air, & Heating for my next project. Thank you so much to Kyle, Ryan, and Evan!"
