"Mack and his crew were great to work with. They were quick to get an estimate to us, to get the product in and to go to work. Our project consisted of installation of about 1600 square feet of LVP. There was considerable demolition to be done including removal of some ceramic tile and some underlayment to sheet vinyl to be removed. Mack sent 5 guys to do the demolition work was done in a day. We are going to have them install the same flooring in the remaining part of the house."

"It was a delight to work with Shane from the first meeting. He talked me into vinyl planks instead of cheap vinyl sheet. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me, just educate me. In fact, it was cheaper with him and vinyl planks than with Home Depot and vinyl sheeting. I felt totally comfortable with both him and Laura. They knew we had multiple delays in the flooring and jumped right in and got the whole house done in just a few days. The quality of the installation was excellent, the colors were perfect that he suggested!! He communicated several times a day about the status of the job. He went above and beyond and moved a stack of boxes instead of having me drive back and he dealt with a water issue that was not his problem. I would hire him again in a minute and highly recommend him to anyone!!"

"It went great they had good customer service got the job done quick and looks great"

"Details left undone. Caulking not done properly. Especially in the bathroom. Walk behind them and check their work and DO NOT PAY THEM AHEAD OF TIME, you will never see them again."

"Excellent finished job. Able to finish project by date needed. Cleaned up work space at end of each day. Very polite and helpful with suggestions. Would hire again."

"I replaced a down draft with a normal oven, I had to have the hole from the downdraft covered & have a cabinet with a microwave installed over the stove. I also replied my lights in the kitchen that had the tube lights with the lights flush with the ceiling. We can finally see in are kitchen for the first time, it's wonderful. JUSTIN and his crew was very professional and kind explained any questions we had even are grandkids. They showed up on time and cleaned up after they were done."

"He knew what he was doing. Moreover his paperwork was excellent."

"Had to have my window replaced. John was great to work with! Highly recommend"

"I recently had my bathroom remodeled, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. From the sleek cabinetry to the modern countertops and lighting, every aspect of the design was executed flawlessly. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent, and any concerns I had were addressed promptly. The finished bathroom is not only beautiful but also highly functional. I would highly recommend this remodeling service to anyone looking to upgrade their space."

"We chose Surfaces NW because a friend of ours who is a contractor recommended them. We started at a different company but it fell through due to some contractual issues. As soon as we called Surfaces NW, Nate Knapp came to our house for an estimate and we hit it off with him! He was easy to chat with and answered all of our questions. Annie Fast, who is a designer at the store, was helpful too with our flooring needs and selections. Super easy to get along with. Communication and customer service were top notch and that was why we decided to go with them! The luxury vinyl plank (LVP) installation took two installers a day to complete a 900 sq ft floor. Quick with quality work! Our carpet for our office was also done well and looks great with our LVP! We loved the outcome and we definitely will go back for future projects. I’d also definitely recommend Surfaces NW for your flooring needs! Brent and Shannon"
