"The roofers did an okay job, we had a bit of communication gap because we do not speak Spanish, so was hard to communicate with them and we have a wood stove which means a stove pipe through our roof. If you replace all of your existing plywood, the crew is not trained or did not pay attention to the size of the hole needed for the stove pipe. Had to hire a professional wood stove installer to come out and fix their screw-up! If we had not paid for the extra expense of this, we would have quite possibly had a fire this winter. The roof looks great and other than the stove pipe fiasco the job was completed and looks to be done well."

When work started they showed up when they said they would, Got done on time. Complete cleanup every day. They did one roof section at a time. "Good job with the paint. Reasonable price. The Painter started each morning late and stayed until 10pm or longer using a bright light shining on the house which made it difficult to sleep until he left. One night he slept in our driveway so he could start early the next morning but didn’t start until after 9am. He kept the bright work light on all night while sleeping in the driveway. He used our dogs blue pool without permission to store items including paint. He must’ve took the pool with him because it’s no where to be found. He left trash all over my yard, in my shrubs and my driveway. I’m still finding utility knife blades in my yard and driveway."
