"I called them after reading about their $99 dollar spring cleaning special and was informed that there were no strings attached to this offer. I was suspicious as the sale seemed a little too good to be true as it included a long list of cleaning they would do for this amount. They offered to come out and look over the home free and explain what I would get. They arrived on April 5th at the agreed upon time and went over every aspect of the service I would receive under this special. They were extremely kind people and seemed very willing to accommodate my requests. I decided to give them a try and we scheduled the work the following day. They arrived on time and ready to go! They began working as soon as they entered the house, there was no 'non sense' with this crew as I have experienced with other cleaning services. They finished a half hour ahead of their approximate time and the work was great! My kitchen sparkled and try as I might I could not find any dust in the living room, I even checked the top shelf of a 7' entertainment center! The job was amazing for so little money. I am use to paying twice that amount so I am very pleased and will have them back."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
