"Mike Pace and Neco (hope I got the name correct) were awesome!! They BOTH are a great asset to the company. They performed the job perfectly, and knew exactly what to do. They replaced my main power box in my house and installed a couple switches that I needed in the kitchen. Because of the quality repairs that they did, I had them install a second surge protector on the outside box to protect the system. I think they did a superb job and I am very satisfied with the results and because of these guys, I will call Mr. Sparky again if the need arises. Both Mike and Neco are dedicated to their profession, and you can feel there concern the customer. Thank you Mr Sparky for sending them to do this job and I now feel very safe in my home."

"The electrician explained how he was going to do the work and asked what items I wanted him to pick up for me like the type ceiling fan and exhaust fans. He was very polite and explained my options so I understood. AARROW is now my Electric Company. Willis made an appointment to do this work and had me sitting around all day waiting for them. They were scheduled for 9-11am I called and spoke to their receptionist at 5:45 and she said she was surprised the guy didn't show up yet or call. She then told me that she was going to call him to see what was going on and that she would call me back, I never heard a word from them after that. I searched Angie's List and made an appointment with AARROW and they showed up on time and did an excellent job, Willis lost out on $570.00.

"My upstairs unit was working, but not able to keep up with the warmer temperatures in late afternoon, despite being only 2 years old (new construction). I called and spoke with Kathleen, who was courteous and polite and scheduled a tech that morning. Our technician was Ronnie. He was efficient, methodical, pleasant, and patient. He systematically worked through his process and diagnosed a faulty expansion valve. It had to be ordered, and while the part was covered by warranty, the labor wasn't, and neither was the new refrigerant that had to be put in. He wrote everything up to give to us in case we wanted to get the home builder to remedy the problem. We decided we didn't want to wait, so gave him the go ahead. He got the part ordered and schedule the repair for us 2 days later. Daniel was our installer for the new parts. He was also very professional, efficient, and courteous. He got done in less time than our first tech estimated, and the A/C is running again like new. Also, I should point out that this review was written during the stay-at-home for COVID-19, and both techs wore masks, gloves, and footwear without being asked, which is great. As someone with a new house, naturally, it's a bummer having to pay nearly $700 for a new Carrier unit that is under warranty (which is not the fault of the service company. Despite that, I found this to be a very positive experience with Cornerstone, and will use them in the future without hesitation, and would recommend them for sure. Thanks to Ronnie and Daniel, they're fine representatives for your company!"

"We were in need of a new roof. By coincidence we were cold called by anther solar company which were sketchy in their presentation giving nonsense discounts and promising to remove and reinstall their panels for free. I've been in sales a lot of years and they didn't pass the smell test. So, we checked with our roofers and they recommended 3D Solar. From beginning to end these guys were professionals. They were truthful in every respect. They fully explained all aspects of the system. They were also a soft sell and insisted we contact them after the new roof before proceeding. We had the new roof installed and then had the new solar installation done. The installers were neat and professional. Every panel lines up and looks great. The unit in the garage looks terrific. They explained everything about the new system and answered all of my questions. A month later my electric bill arrived and was actually $0. Within another week we received notice of a refund. We're saving money every month and couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend if you're considering solar look into 3D Solar."

"First off, he called back that day. That was huge. He was at our home for 3 days. We trusted him enough to give him house keys for that time. My 2 and 4 yr old loved to watch him work, and he handled that attention with a smile.

We had initially brought him in to fix some water damaged decorative wood, which quickly escalated into replacing the support posts due to rot. He did a beautiful job on the posts. While we had him painting our porch and the trim around our garage area, he discovered some installation issues with our windows and was able to use his skill to fix those issues.

Finally, when I realized I didn't like the paint color as much as we thought we would, he volunteered to come back and repaint it the following week. We ended up deciding to let it weather for the winter since we know we are in for some major painting next spring (all the trim, ugh). He'll be getting a call for that one, too.

We loved his work so much that we have recommended him to everyone we know. Who doesn't have house projects that they are putting off?"

"Went verynwell. He was a tiny bit later than he said he would be 30 minutes. But once there got right on the job and got it done promptly, professionally and at fair cost. Have used him in past for other electrical work ( replacing outdoor floodlight fixtures) and very competent, very reasonable, and, most importantly, reasonably prompt.

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
