"We were very impressed with the quality of the work. All the technicians we worked with were highly professional. We did have trouble communicating with the office however. We almost cancelled our project because we couldn't get the office to call us back before the project began. Because of the high quality of their work we would still recommend KC Waterproofing."

"Olshan is a great company. Alejandro and his crew did an excellent job in repairing our foundation and getting the chimney back against the side of the house like it used to be before the foundation shifted. Expensive, yes, but quality work usually is AND worth it!! My hat is off to Alejandro and his crew. They were very careful to put down paper so as not to track mud into our home. They were very careful so as not to disturb the cable wires running along the foundation. These guys were just great, Thank you."

"He was very professional, provided options at different prices to help fit my budget and even no charged to several smaller projects . His bid was on a legal contract and not scribbled on a note pad or through email He even gave me a lifetime guarantee on his work. How can you say no to that!!!! He is also very friendly and definitely enjoys helping people. I have also hired him since completion of the mudjacking project to provide lawncare and help with landscaping due to medical issues that keep me from being as active as I want to be. I called him on Monday to check his schedule and my lawn was beautifully manicured on Tuesday."

"Sillers was the fourth foundation company to give us estimates on preventing basement flooding after heavy rains. The first three companies suggested extensive, and expensive, corrections for when the water came through the foundation. Mark was the only one who thought we should look at preventing the water from getting to the basement walls! They dug in a french drain some distance away from the house because of a large cement patio. Mark also repaired several cracks in the foundation and sealed them. He dug out two window wells and filled them with gravel rather than the clay that was there He brought in enough topsoil to assure drainage away from the house. All this was completed in a day and a half, with every area cleaned up better than before. I couldn't ask for more thorough and professional service, and highly recommend Sillers."

"Dustin is very knowledgeable in his work. I explain to him about my drainage problem with my gravel driveway. He told me how he could fix the problem and what he had to do in detail. He did exactly what he told me. He finished in just two days! I was so impressed with his work! The very next night we had a tremendous storm. Lots of rain. The driveway drained exactly as it was supposed to. I would highly recommend him."

"They were good. They were pretty fast and came on time. My overall experience with them has been good."
