I had a bathroom that was a "rescue" , meaning a different contractor had done very poor work, soaked me for an enormous amount of money and did not complete the work like an expert should. Carl fixed the bathroom so I can use it, installed a new tile floor, and finished off all of the details that the other contractor did not. I wish I had hired Emerald Isle Homes to begin with.
