"It went amazingly well.  They started on the day after the "big game", and did all the shoveling to access the roof and set up the scaffolding.  Brian the foreman and his crew were really polite and pleasant to work with.  Yvonne was the contact person in the office and was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns.  They really did a fabulous job cleaning up at the end of the day and at the end of the job itself, which took a couple of weeks.  It takes a while to take the tiles off the roof and keep them in order as is necessary to replace them properly.  Renaissance had a "port-o-potty" delivered while the work was being done , and that also made a good impression on me , as it's more considerate and sanitary than what I've seen happen with other contractors , if you know what I mean.   Both my husband and I were very impressed with their service and workmanship.  They had to modify some of the downspouts to drain properly and the welding is lovely.  <br /> I would recommend them to anyone with a roof that needs work, but especially those that have unusual slate or tile roofing. <br />"

I spent much of the job on the roof with him and could see he was careful at all aspects of the job. <br /> The only negative thing I could say was that I thought the price was a bit high for a job that took less than a day (10 am until 4 pm) for which the materials cost was pretty low (plywood, flashing, shingles, nails). But for me it was a better choice than a cheaper bid that I wasn't as confident with."

"LDR did an excellent job with our fire restoration. Everyone we were in contact with at LDR were professionals and seemed to truly care about doing a good job, and getting us back into our home. Our supervisor Bryan was very good at keeping us up to date and informed. The pack up and cleaning crew, carpenters, painters, movers, etc. were excellent. None of our items were broken when we got them back and the house is just beautiful. Would use LDR again and would definitely recommend."
