"Let me say that the actual fence installation and finished product is worthy of 5 stars. However, I took a star away because of some scheduling conflicts that really ended up stressing me out. We started our fence company search in January, and Lincoln was 1 of 4 companies we had come quote us. Bret was very quick, friendly, and responsive with coming out to get us our initial quote. He even came back quickly when we had some changes we needed. Their quote was very reasonable for the job, my interactions with Bret and the reviews I read aided my decision in using Lincoln. When we paid our deposit, we were told that the fence would be installed the week of 4/5. So per the contract, I had dig safe come out the week before. I never heard from Lincoln the week prior so I reached out on the Friday before and was told there was a mess up in the schedule and we actually weren't on the books until the week of 5/10 now. So I had dig safe come out again the week before, but again never heard from Lincoln about them for sure coming out the week of 5/10. I sent an email the Sunday the week of. Monday comes around and I hear nothing so I called in the afternoon and left a voicemail. I get an email from them saying they are working on getting me on the schedule for this week. I understand things come up with the weather and stock, but I really felt I was owed more of a prompt response or at least being kept in the loop of what was going on after I had already dished out 5K for my deposit on a job that was yet to be done. After sending an email back explaining my frustrations, I was told they would be at my house the next morning. The guys who came out to do the job were great, easily kept me updated and did a 5 star job. We had vinyl placed in the front of our property and chain link around the back property line. I am very happy I went with Lincoln and definitely pleased with the job they did. I just feel they could have been more responsive or communicated better regarding the schedule conflicts."
