"The top four concerns (there are more) are: Estimating, scheduling, managing and billing. If you are OK with not knowing where you are financially at any point in your build, not knowing what the build is actually going to cost, inability to keep to a schedule and having to triple check your bills for double billing or paying bills that are your builder?s fault then go ahead and sign. Apparently his remodeling gets better reviews than his home building. I am with Philip Young ? ?This was the worst builder I have ever had the displeasure to work with.?
