"Good guys did the job great !"

"Jameson did an excellent job. Will use him again."

"Bill B. of Tropicana Construction did a superb job for us. He reconditioned our bathroom after it was damaged by a leak and mold. He hung new drywall, moved some pipes, installed a new vanity, hung shower doors, and just generally got the bathroom back in shape. His work was excellent. His clean-up was excellent. His customer service was excellent. His gives great value for what he charges, and his charges are clear and simple. He has a fine work ethic and was a pleasure to deal with. He even installed a room air conditioner for us while he was here. I cannot recommend him highly enough."

"Michael did a great job painting the entire interior of the house (walls and ceilings) and even touched up the woodwork though that was not part of the agreement. He also painted the deck. He’s very meticulous and pleasant to work with. I recommend him highly."

"Neeko and Allan were here promptly each day. Their work was professional and well done. If I had a request, they took care of it without making me feel like a pest! They definitely deserve a 5 star rating."

"Met or exceeded all expectations"

"Power cleaning roof, Windows and walkway"

"The gentleman who repaired my screens was pleasant, efficient and timely. He also inspected all of the screens in both my front and rear lanais making sure they weren't in need of repair and matched the replacement materials with the existing screens. I feel the price of the services provided was fair."

"Wonderful! There was a build up of green mold and moss on screens. The pool deck had years of ground in dirt. All was cleaned to perfection leaving even the deck ready to repaint. Very reasonably priced and very professional."
