"The technician showed up within an hour of me calling and was finished with all the pipes within a few hours. A few holes had to be cut into my walls, but that was expected and he did his best to minimized the visible damage by going through the back of my kitchen cabinets. The third broken pipe was not apparent at first (it still hadn't unfrozen when he first arrived) so he had to stay longer after he thought he was done to fix that one as well. He also explained why my pipes froze (the remodelers put the insulation on the wrong side of the pipes) and gave me tips to prevent this kind of damage in the future. The technician was kind and courteous throughout the job and stayed to answer my questions even though he had other jobs to get to. I have used A Plumber previously and they are good about cleaning up after their work."
