"Every thing was smooth beginning with an on the spot estimate and several interactions with their office. They had to deal with a few days of rain which started right after they completed the post installs. The two-man install crew made a few changes to the original plans, at my request, without a problem. Doug, the Lead installer, understood my need to reroute the fencing and came up with a nice solution around a curved area of my driveway. I had "thrown" the change at him on the morning of the install. The Install Crew worked like a crew of one. One guy would start to do something and the other guy was ready to do the next step when the other completed his task. All without either needing to talk to the other. It was fun to watch two work so smoothly. They have MANY years of experience installing all kinds of fence and it showed on my job. <br /> I had also added an extra gate to the original estimate at the last minute and Office Manager Stacie was able to have their vendor add the five foot gate to an order at the last minute so it would make a truck delivery just in time for my installation. Stacie also communicated with me often during the several days of rain so that I had a good idea of her companies plans for the "next work day". Everyone was so professional when interacting with me every step of the way. The fence looks great and my Doberman loves to run in his play yard without restrictions. <br /> I highly recommend Phillips Fencing for any of your fencing needs. If they do half the job they did for me you will not be disappointed. <br />"

"We used Bryant fencing to put a black rod iron fence around our patio. this was a very professional company and did a great job! They responded in a timely manner and got the fence installed with short notice. We've called on them for some adjustments over the years and the owner has always taken care of us. We have used other fencing company that were not near as satisfactory. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Viorel was very professional through out the quoting process. He made sure to work around our schedule and was always on time. During the work day my wife, newborn son, and I left for the day to avoid the excess commotion. Upon finding rotten boards he immediately called to let me know the situation and that he was going to do it right, but it may come out more than expected. I really appreciated his promptness in communicating with me and making sure the job was done correctly as replacing a roof is not something to cut corners on. As soon as they were done he called to let me know they were finished. Upon arrival I was very surprised on how well his team cleaned up and left my property exactly the way it was. If I need a roof again in the future (hopefully not for quite some time) I will definitely be contacting Viorel and his crew."

"I Purchased three garage doors from Home Depot and Dotson Door Service was the contractor. <br /> The gentlemen from Dotson's were delayed about 30 minutes due to vehicle problems. I appreciate them contacting me during this situation and informing me of their short delay. The gentlemen did a great job installing the three new doors. I haven't had to tighten any bolts or make any adjustments since installation 9 months ago. The gentlemen also went over all the features and made suggestions for maintenance. Clean up was thorough. The gentlemen were friendly and personable. I would recommend Dotson Door Service. <br />"

"Mr Dias is a good, hardworking man that really cared about the quality of work he performed and the satisfaction he provided to us in our project. His down to earth ability and patience to work with us at reasonable prices was a blessing and put our minds at ease in the contractor hiring experience. He was very flexible on several occasions and kept us updated on project progress, complete with pics, and worked with us to make hard deadlines. He earned our appreciation for a job well done. One warning, he does sing sometimes when he is working, not so good on the ears, but just turn up the tv, shut the door and let him do a good job for you on your project."

"Installed a tile, walk in shower in the main bath with reinforcements for future if handicap accessibility is necessary. it turned out perfectly. Painted interiors and wainscoting was added. Upstairs renovation to room that had previously been divided. Door frame moved for better access. Lighting was installed and additional electric. Stone retention wall rebuilt and repaired. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the work Frank and the guys performed at the house. They are professional and were courteous with my multitude of questions. There were small things added along the way and they graciously performed all the things that I asked. I will continue to use them as needed. I would recommend them to anyone needing contractor services. Small issue with interior painter. There are places that the painter was sloppy. When walk through was conducted, they agreed to remedy."

"Contacted the Honey Do Service and Brittany got me on the schedule to have the estimator come out and write up the proposal. $618 proposal was appropriate for the complexity of roof cap replacement since it involved removing shingles etc. A couple weeks later the worker came out and completed the work over the next five hours. Very pleasant veteran who did a very good job removing and installing the new attic dryer booster fan and cleaned up the debris. The new roof vent cap went smoothly the day of install, but ran into an issue the next day when the booster fan clogged. Turns out the bird and insect screen was left installed so the lint was backing up. Out of ordinary bathroom exhaust vent install for the vent cap, so I just went on the roof and pulled the screen out. It has been two months since the install and everything is still running smoothly. I'd hire them again for other projects."

"We texted Tim Robertson on a Monday evening when we saw a steady drip of water into our sunroom during heavy rain. We called Tim because he had handled two prior jobs for us very well. Tim came the following day to scout the job and decided that he'd need to open up the ceiling in the sun room to diagnose the leak, but it appeared to be coming from a skylight. Tim came back the next day with a helper and they carefully opened up the ceiling. The ceiling is pine wood planking, and they were very careful in removing the planking without damaging it. Tim was able to confirm that the problem was a poorly flashed skylight. He was able to locate a flashing kit and matching shingles for our roof locally and picked them up that day. The next morning he repaired the leak, and also replaced the flashing on a second skylight installed next to the leaking skylight to head off a future problem. With our agreement Tim left the ceiling open for a couple of days to allow everything to dry out, then came back when he said he would and got the ceiling put back in place. Tim showed up each day when he said he would, left the work area very clean, discussed every aspect of the problem and the repair with us and gave us options to choose from. We had told him we were concerned about getting the interior back together quickly because we had family coming and Tim made certain to have the job wrapped up in time. This is the third project we have used Robertson's Remodelling for and we have been extremely satisfied each time. We will definitely be using them again."
