"I am VERY late in writing this review, but as I was in the Angies List site I thought I'd put this review in. I can't say enough good things about Vaillancourt Roofing. I had a leak in my roof, winter was coming on and no other roofer would call me back. As an act of humanity Adam and Dave drove down from NH to look at my roof even though they don't do repairs in my area - Carlisle, MA ( I understand they could possibly do roof replacement in my area). They came when they said they would and they found the leak quickly. The leak was from my chimney. They aren't mason's necessarily, but they put a temporary fix to the chimney, so I could rest easy until the next Spring when I could address it. They didn't charge me and were done in about an hour. I wish my roof itself needed replacement, if it did I'd all them in an instant. Just wanted to put in this review as I owe it to these great folks."

"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"The Roofing Company’s owner came to our house on a brutally cold day. He was on the roof and quickly identified the source of a leak affecting our bathroom ceiling. He had the tools and materials he needed along with the ladders and went right to work. He had the job finished in several hours. The results were great. No more leak, a professional inspection, he described the needed repair, and quickly completed the job. We couldn’t have asked for more. Plus he was courteous and polite. "We were very impressed with Matt and his team. We needed our roof replaced on our Cape along with gutter guards. We put in a request for quotes on Angie's list and they called us that day to schedule an estimate the following day. Quote was very reasonable for grade of materials (GAF) compared to other companies and allowed flexibility in choosing warranty. Team was able to come out and install roof within a few weeks. They were very communicative throughout the process and performed the work in one day. This process was very easy compared to other home improvement/repair projects we have undergone. "I had a leak that can be seen from a ceiling. Called several roofing companies and got no reply back. Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. Definitely will recommend Global Home Improvement, Inc as a honest and very professional company !"

"Brian brings a sense of honesty and dedication to doing the job correctly but leaves the decision to you with the options as to what you want done. He presents options for cost savings as well as recommendations as to what he suggests be done to correct any deficiencies that could become issues later down the road. His crew is very fast, yet very professional ! Leaves you feeling that you will not have any issues to deal with for many years. We purchased the 50 year products from GAF and it will include a 10 year coverage from Brian's workmanship. They started this morning, Discovered damage to the sheathing from my solar panel installation.... Diligently working on it today, hopefully, with all considered, will finish in one day with a completely new roof including all new plywood sheathing !
