The heavy machinery used in front of the landscaping was expertly operated and there was no peripheral damage to address. The technicians knew exactly what they were doing and, at the same time, minimized the mess that the job created in the basement. What mess was made was cleaned up in a way I've never had a plumbing company do. I was asked to test all of the water faucets before they left and they thoroughly tested the water line itself. The young team was well-trained, presented themselves well and stayed on task. It is bad enough to deal with any significant plumbing problem but Bowers Plumbing made resolving my water leak as stress-free as possible. I got even more than I had expected! A real value!

They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."
